For normal orders, we promise production within 20-30 days. We also provide quick quotes within 24 hours, ensuring reliable delivery times as per formal contracts.
Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have experienced installation teams for overseas projects. We send engineers for onsite debugging and training for shuttle systems and can either appoint engineers to guide your team or perform the full installation ourselves.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is one 20ft container. However, we are open to negotiation, and larger quantities typically come with more favorable pricing.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit) for our transactions.
