3. How fast is the manufacturing and response time?
We promise to provide price quotes within 24 hours. For normal orders, production is guaranteed within 20-30 days as per formal contract specifications.
4. Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes, we have installation teams with extensive overseas experience. We send engineers for site debugging and training for automated systems, and can provide either full installation teams or guiding engineers for racking systems.
5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is one 20ft container, though we can offer more competitive pricing for larger quantities.
6. What are the accepted payment methods?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).
