1. What is the MOQ limitation for the rack system? There is no strict MOQ. However, larger purchases offer more competitive prices. A 20FT container (10T~13T) is highly recommended for optimal production handling.

2. What is the typical lead time? For a standard 20FT container, manufacture time is about 10-15 days. For customized items, the lead time is approximately 20-25 days.

3. What payment methods are accepted? We generally accept T/T and L/C payment methods.

4. Can I request samples? Yes, short sections of uprights and beams can be provided free of charge. Freight costs will be collected upon delivery.

5. What is the warranty for the racking system? All items are warrantied against manufacturing defects. We also provide 1%~2% spare parts to ensure no shortage of components.
