Carton Flow Racking contains a rack structure and dynamic flow rails. The flow rails are set at an engineered pitch, allowing the container to be placed on the upper end of the rack and sliding down to the unloading end. Rollers let the container move smoothly by gravity and the goods can be realized First In First Out (FIFO). It can save space and improve efficiency as well. It is commonly installed for picking operations in logistics centers or factory production lines.
Ensures efficient inventory rotation by using gravity to slide cartons from the loading end to the picking end, reducing stock obsolescence.
Commonly used in order fulfillment centers, e-commerce warehouses, and manufacturing lines for batch picking.

Our manufacturing facility is a large-scale producer specializing in the research, development, design, manufacturing, and installation of modern logistics equipment. We independently design and produce a variety of logistics equipment, such as storage racks (pallet racks, cantilever racks, drive-in racks), pallets, and storage boxes.
Generally, the shelves are flat-packed in standard export cartons with bubble wrap/film. Other packaging such as wooden crates can be provided upon customer request.
