To design the most efficient heavy-duty pallet racking system, the following factors are considered:

1. Cargo and Pallet: Total weight, size of pallet/cargo, and the entry direction for fork lifters.

2. Forklift Specifications: Model technical parameters, maximum lift height, and minimum turning radius for aisle width.

3. Warehouse Environment: Plane dimensions, available clear height, and specific material flow requirements.
