What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for the rack system?
There is no strict MOQ limitation. However, large purchases offer more competitive pricing. We highly recommend a 20FT container (10T~13T) for better production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
What is the standard lead time for orders?
For a standard 20FT container, the manufacture time is approximately 10-15 days. For customized items, the lead time is usually around 20-25 days.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, short sections of uprights and beams can be provided free of charge. Please note that freight costs for samples will be the responsibility of the requester.
What kind of warranty is provided for the racking system?
All racking items are warrantied against manufacturing defects. To ensure smooth assembly, we also provide 1%~2% spare parts in addition to the base components.
Are the systems adjustable for future needs?
Yes, the medium duty rack systems are highly adjustable and configurable, designed to perform efficiently in various types of storage areas as your needs evolve.
