For standard size models, we maintain material in stock; for quantities less than 500pcs, delivery takes 3-7 days. For customized models or larger orders, it generally takes 7-15 days.
Q3 What are your terms of payment?
Our standard term is a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance to be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q4 Are samples available for quality checking?
Yes, samples are available at any time. Due to the large size of the products, we can also provide raw material samples to check quality if preferred.
Q5 What support is provided if installation problems occur?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, our engineers can offer guidance via phone, face-time, or video.
Q6 What is the warranty period for your racking systems?
Our products come with a warranty ranging from 3 years to 5 years depending on the specific model.
