The GNTBIOBANK series offers users a safer and smarter ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen storage system with a capacity of 15,600-94,500 2ml cryovials and a large off-bore open-ended design for easy storage of samples. Compatible with both vapor phase and liquid phase storage modes, the system ensures uniform and stable temperatures throughout the entire tank, even when the lid is open for long periods of time. The temperature difference between the entire storage area and the top of the racks can be as low as -190°C.

Smart Control System

The intelligent monitoring terminal features a 10-inch LCD touch screen to visually display operating status and parameters via charts. It supports data storage and various communication protocols. The terminal can automatically or manually control the inlet solenoid valve for LN2 supplement. It provides real-time monitoring of level height, temperature, and solenoid status with security password protection. Alarms include level, temperature, sensor fault, cover overtime, and power failure notifications.

Optimal Use of Storage Space

Racks are stored on a rotating tray with uniform distance from the chamber wall. LN2 or supercooled vapor fills the space between the tray and wall to maintain temperature uniformity. The storage space is divided into labeled fan-shaped rooms, easily rotated to the opening for convenient sample access.

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, these tanks are designed for transporting and storing low-temperature liquid nitrogen. The system includes inlet/discharge valves, safety valves, level gauges, and pressure gauges. All models are equipped with four mobile universal castors for easy movement across industrial, pharmaceutical, and laboratory environments.
