1). Pallet racking is a beam pallet racking system with a cut-in composite structure. The uprights are made by continuous punching and rolling, and the frame is assembled using uprights, bracing, and beams fixed via hooks.
2). Safety locks ensure beams and uprights are fixed tightly, preventing beams from dropping during loading operations with forklifts.
3). The height of each layer is adjustable by 50mm, 75mm, or 76.2mm. The load capacity per layer can reach up to 4000kg.
4). It is highly convenient for loading and unloading pallets using various forklifts, including front-move, balance-weight, and common forklifts.
5). Options for steel panels, wooden panels, or decking are available for placement on beams instead of traditional pallets.
6). This system is the most common storage solution used in manufacturing, third-party logistics, distribution centers, and supermarkets.
Upright profiles are available in different sizes with both Straight Flange and Returned Flange. Roll-formed from high-quality steel coils, they cater to a wide range of frame load requirements. Pitch heights of 50mm, 75mm, and 76.2mm (3") are available.
Surface Finish: Pre-Galvanised or Powder coated (RAL 5015).
