📦 Product Description
Push Back pallet racking is a system that combines the benefits of drive-in racking with pallet live storage. Using Push Back you can access up to four pallets deep from one face. Ideally suited to order picking operations it enables areas of rack backing onto a wall to be fully utilised. The Push Back frames support the pallet around its perimeter so it moves easily, either when being pushed back or once the front pallet is removed. Gravity does the rest, remove the front pallet and the rear pallet rolls forward slowly and safely.

🛠️ Operational Principle
Pushback Rack works by placing pallet loads on a series of nesting carts fed forward by gravity on rigid structural steel rails. As a pallet is loaded from the front, it pushes the pallet behind it back one position. When unloading, the front pallet is removed and the rear pallets automatically come forward to the front picking position. This allows for easily accessible Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) inventory management.
💡 Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the storage depth capacity of the Push Back Rack system?
The Push Back system can support access for up to four pallets deep from a single face, maximizing high-density storage.
2. Does this racking system use LIFO or FIFO?
This system uses Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) inventory management, where the last pallet loaded is the first to be retrieved.
3. What materials and finishes are used in your racking systems?
Our racks are made from high-quality cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic spray powder coating finish for superior anti-rust and corrosion protection.
4. What is the maximum weight capacity for these racks?
The system is designed for heavy-duty use, supporting capacities ranging from 1000kg to 5000kg depending on the specifications.
5. Can the rack dimensions be customized?
Yes, various sizes and colors are available. We offer customized solutions to fit your specific warehouse storage requirements.
6. Is the operation automated?
It is a gravity-fed system. When the front pallet is removed, the rear pallets automatically roll forward slowly and safely to the picking position.
