The push-back racking system is a live storage solution for pallets formed by a compact structure, where unit loads are moved by means of rollers or shuttles with the aid of a slight incline.
It is a system especially designed for LIFO stock management (Last in, First out), where the last pallet placed on the rack is the first to be unloaded.
Unlike FIFO live storage, which needs one aisle for loading and another for unloading, in push-back racking, the forklift accesses the stored unit loads along a single work aisle.

Our production facility covers 35,000 square meters, featuring advanced automatic production lines and electrostatic powder coating systems with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons.

Push-back racking allows for easier access to multiple SKUs because each lane can store different products, and forklifts don't need to enter the rack structure, making it faster and safer than drive-in systems.
Typically, push-back racking systems are designed to store unit loads between 2 to 6 pallets deep per lane, depending on the specific warehouse requirements and equipment used.
No, push-back racking is specifically a Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) system. For FIFO needs, we recommend gravity flow or standard selective pallet racking systems.
Our push-back racking systems are engineered to support heavy industrial loads, generally ranging from 1,000kg to 4,000kg per tier.
Yes, the system is highly customizable. While the standard maximum height is 12,000mm, we can design the structure to meet your specific ceiling height and forklift reach.
Due to high-quality steel construction and simple mechanical design, maintenance is minimal. Regular inspections of the rails and rollers ensure long-term stability and smooth operation.
